Annali Rose was a professional ballet dancer for 18 years and began practicing Pilates at the beginning of her career. She was introduced to the work by other dancers and quickly began to appreciate the benefits. In her words:
"Practicing Pilates has given me a lot of strength, muscle tone and definition. It makes my body feel
supported while maintaining length and flexibility. It made a big difference for me as a dancer but I
love it because it is also accessible for anybody. I love working with a variety of clients with different
needs and goals. I think the human body is amazing and each one is unique. I find Pilates is a
diverse and wonderful movement system that allows people to work with their own individual physicality and feel their best."
Annali is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor. She is also a certified Level One GYROKINESIS® instructor and is a Level One GYROTONIC® apprentice instructor. In addition, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree through the LEAP program in association with Saint Mary's College of California.
